What the Friends of Gulf Gate Library Do!
The Friends of Gulf Gate Library membership dues, donations and Bookstore sales play a vital role in making the Library attractive and functional for everyone. Without your support, the FOGG would not be able to donate monies to the Sarasota Library system for the purchase of new books, audio options, provide equipment for the Computer Lab and furniture throughout the Library. Additionally, FOGG pays for a variety of educational and entertaining programs for children, teens and adults throughout the year.
The Friends Bookstore is managed by Volunteers and sells newer and gently used books, DVD’s, and curated jewelry – all at very reasonable prices! Your donations of these items are appreciated, so thank you for your continued support.
